OK, here are a couple of observations…
The dude standing at the blue/green building in the second pic is only sticking half way out. I saw a program about that. They are not allowed to put their whole body in view, just in cast the northerners decide to take pot shots. Very cool pic!
Who is the guy between Eugene and Holly? As well, the young lady standing in front on the right hand side seems to not be mentioned. Is she one of the tip secret hands and feet types?

And yes, the half body exposed is to make a sniper earn his salary
